Children entering foster care, kinship care, or other out-of-home placements often experience sudden and overwhelming changes. Many arrive with few personal belongings and little opportunity to prepare for what comes next.

The Peanut Project, Inc. provides age-appropriate emergency placement kits designed to meet immediate needs while offering comfort, dignity, and reassurance.

Our kits are organized into six age groups:

Each kit is thoughtfully assembled with clothing, hygiene essentials, comfort items, and other age-appropriate necessities.

While the contents vary by age and available inventory, our goal remains the same: to help every child begin their next chapter with essential supplies and a reminder that their community cares.
